I think it's because I used a different reroll technique. The one where you skip the tutorial. I think it recognizes that the account data doesn't match with the phone data that's why they removed it.

I stupidly used this on multiplayer and the next thing I know, my entire data was erased. I lost Black Swordsman Kirito (After rerolling for 50 times) and it looks like I'm back to square one. Rerolling until I get Black Swordsman Kirito again.
