what problem with bluestack program

im still looking answer for my bluestack program andriod emulator its loading only not appears the app there ,few hours and more waiting to loads but nothing happen,im using windows 7 32bit 1gg ram nvidia driver already updated,any solution to me thnks ,please help me guys, big thnks who can solve my problem

    try to press at the arrow right down. then right click at that bluestak logo. see what option u got. try to open it from there or close and open it again... it happend to me too. i pressed at that logo and it just opened.

    i got error with this when opening the bluestack please help me guys.. im so tired now http://prntscr.com/3e7kq0 this is the screen shot of my error

     

    1: Close bluestack from everywhere! KILL THE PROCESS

    2. Try to find the bluestack installation inside: C:\Program Files  or  C:\Program Files (x86) .

    3. Press at the folder and try to find all the dll's where they suppose to be. 

    4. Download this: http://www.mediafire.com/download/wh23e122dfba3yw/nvoglv32.dll

    5. put it in the folder where it suppose to be in.

    There was another app like BlueStacks but better and the Android was rooted but I can't remember the name. :/

    uninstall then reinstall and put the file to the folder ryt?

     

    No just uninstall and then install again a 32bit version if you can find it somewhere...

    I send you that file cuz maybe you was missing it.
