To clear all this confusion up, I meant to say the name of this app isn't AppCola.

I'm having some trouble, whenever I download an app where I have to trust a developer I don't have a device and profile tab under general and I can't download anything. Please help soon thanks.

If you're on iOS 8, you can just open the app. If you're on iOS 9, go to Settings, scroll downwards and you will see a search bar on the top of the screen. Search for Profiles and Device Management. Hope this helps. Reply back.
