Check for the email in the spam folder. It is a common problem. For example, a lot of account confirmation emails from different websites go automatically to the spam folder. This is happening because this is how works the security requirements of email. This is a great feature because it saves you from many spam messages, but sometimes it can block such important messages as this. You can also check if an email is spam by using the spam checker tool. All you need to do is to introduce the message you got in the software, and it will tell you if it is a spammer or not.
