I wasn't able to resolve it. I made a new account but you can always wait until its available if you want to.

The Dragonov isn't in the game yet. Crafting it can break your game and stop it from loading. Especially after equipping it. 

Can't restore data using this? I could on every other version but this one doesnt let me??

Even with another apple id it wont work because there are still the 3 signed apps on your device. The only way I know about having more is maybe having a paid apple developer account but i'm still not even sure

I have found that on a free apple developer account that I am only able to have 3 games signed through Cydia Impactor. So maybe that's the issue for you

Can we get all the diamonds and stuff too?
