If it still doesn’t work, then try the following. 
1) Open game and GameGem. 
2) Open terminal or SSH connect to your device. 
3) In terminal enter su, then alpine as password. 
4) Then enter killall GameGemNative && GameGemNative. 
5) Try searching again should help!
