I’m talking about nonce collision. I’m not saying that is easy. In fact is very rare that the random nonce of your device matches the shsh one. 

But if you’re lucky, it will match and will restore.

Why? He has not to set the nonce. futurerestore will try to reboot the device until the nonce matches with the one in shsh. I did this to downgrade my device with 12.4.1 and after a night it worked.

If you can put your device in recovery mode, you can use 

./futurerestore -t my.shsh2 -i signed.ipsw restoreto-11.3.1.ipsw -w

and maybe after few hours it sets the correct nonce and restore to 11.3.1, that can be activated.
