In their notes, they said 

"If the user’s app doesn’t pass the compatibility check, gracefully bypass the service."

So you can just bypass it and still use the app  

Pretty similar to UDID I guess. If it causes a problem you spoof it and you’re good to go 

I doubt it but who knows?

@OnSpy it might lead to something which causes bans to become device-wide bans.
