The data package I bought was advertised as unlimited data. After reading the terms, it was capped at 100GB. So, is it truly unlimited?

If its capped at 100gb its not unlimited. Also here there are kind of offers unlimited minutes to call. Then states “in small letters 😂” that are 10.000 minutes. Probably nobody would never talk 10.000 min in a month, but 100gb its too small. 1 Week on facebook you done it easy. Thiefs. Huuuuaaaaaa! 😂
