It’s worked before with rootless, and I dont think those options are available for my device. 13 pro max on iOS 15.4

Hello! Im trying to install the ios gods + app again because all of my apps werent able to be opened. Its been like this for a month or so now. 
 

I download the app through the email that was sent to me when my purchase was activated originally. And the error i get is “unable to download iosgods+ app”

Can you do a non jailbroken mod for this please? Im aware there is already a modded non jailbroken version of this out already but its only max skill usage, I need infinite health and the damage buff "puppy dog eyes" 

This game gets impossible the after the third boss. Please add infinite health and damage multiplier PLS!
