will it work on IOS 8.1?The App is showing on the Homescreen Installing but once its done i get the msg. "Unable to Donload app "MovieBox" could not be installed at this time".

Any country. Just to test if there was a problem with your location. This MovieBox might be down or something since the new Version 3.1 came out.

Could someone tell me how to Remove Pengu and the PP app, I Installed it few days ago hoping cydia would publish soon, but i would rather keep it unjailbroken till the Cydia Version comes out =)

 

Ps: i know i can add Cydia via OpenSSH but since there arent really many ios8 Sopporting Tweaks i would rather wait

You can remove them both inside the Pangu app.

 

Pangu -> Manager -> Remove -> Pangu & PP2.0

 

Keep OpenSSH installed though.

Yes, I'm sure plenty of YouTubers have made one already.

OK Gyz..... Here the fix and ultimate solution.....to show cydia icon on ios if its not showing after installation through above methods.....

 

1. Use SSH to connect to device. Then use this command:

ls /User/Library/Caches

2.This will show all files in the Caches directory, look for a file with the extension .csstore (my 6+ was named com.apple.LaunchServices-102.csstore)

Run the command:

rm /User/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServices-102.csstore

3.Then immediately run:

reboot

4.Finished. Just make sure you have the right file name because I believe different devices use a different number for the plist name.

This method re-runs launchservices on reboot.

If the above method doesn't work, place the 2 debs in /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall/ set permissions to 777 to both debs and reboot your phone using the reboot command on your terminal. You might have to reboot twice..
